junior masterchef australia

unior MasterChef winner Isabella plans to spend her prize money on a trip to Italy and her own restaurant.
The Queensland schoolgirl has been crowned Australia's first Junior MasterChef - after defeating her own twin sister.
"We hope to share the money and save up for Italy because I've never been and I really want to go with my whole family; and put some of that towards our restaurant because that's a big dream of ours," Isabella said, The Daily Telegraph reports.
Isabella's twin, Sofia, won $5,000 for making it into the top four, bringing the twin’s total winnings to $20,000, kept in a trust fund.
The twins plan to open their future restaurant, called Is-sofia, somewhere riverside in Brisbane.
Their mother Sylvana, father Simon, and nonna Rosa said they were proud of both girls.
"They are definitely both winners to us,'' Sylvana said.
And there may be another future MasterChef winner in the family yet, with the twin’s nine-year-old brother Roman planning to apply for next year’s show.
Isabella, 12, said she felt "amazing" when the show's judges announced she would take home a $15,000 trust fund and urged her to one day open her own restaurant.
Isabella, who specialises in homestyle Italian cooking, faced stiff competition on her way to success - including her sister Sofia.
As Isabella was announced the winner on the Network Ten on Monday night, Sofia said: "I'm so proud of her. She has done an amazing job."
Australia's favourite mini chefs served up a delicious finale feast on Monday night, which saw Isabella compete against Jack, also 12, from Tasmania, in two high pressure challenges to take home the top prize.
On her win Isabella said: "I still can't believe it! The biggest dream I've ever had has come true, and to think I had my sister there with me, it feels like I won for both of us."
Since it first aired early September, Junior MasterChef scored big with viewers across the country.
The first episode enticed 2.2 million viewers, and although numbers have fallen slightly, it is still regularly attracting well over a million viewers.
